This is an affordable option for those who want to spend their time outside and retire back to your cozy condo in the evening.

You have access to the condo, the pools, the tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields - everything within the grounds of the neighborhood.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living area, private laundry and balcony with amazing views from the fourth floor.

There is only one assigned parking space for each unit so any additional cars would have to use whatever space is available in the public parking area which is about 100 meters away.
