The negative part of my experience was that we didn’t have a signal on the tv for hours. We asked for a late checkout on our last day and we were denied. I feel like they could have granted us the late checkout due to the tv not having a signal for hours.

The breakfast in the morning with great! Also the dest staff was super nice and i really like the lady at night she was super sweet and very helpful. I would definitely recommend the stay!!

4th floor Ice machine sign said to go to front desk for complimentary bag of ice. The front desk sent us back to the other ice machine that was working on a different floor. The heat was confusing to get working

This was a business trip. Accommodations are fine. Sister hotel is a Hilton with a nice Ruth Cris steakhouse. that's nice. I will use this location again.
