I only stayed 2 nights but something that I didn't like was that they were undergoing repairs (we didn't know beforehand) and construction and they started working at 8am and because of the noises and vibrations you couldn't sleep anymore after this time.

Exterior looks run down and dirty. Restaurant food has declined. The breakfast in the past was great now its premade not very good. Staff was great, bed was comfortable . Newer air & heat in rooms. Pool was closed.

Took our dogs, no issues. It’s in a mall area, so if you’re looking to shop and dine, it works. Convenient to major highways. Nice bar and breakfast area. Clean.

When you need a comfortable place to stay this is a best bet for the Rockaway area since it's reasonable. You get what you pay for and the beds are very nice.
