Please note that the tub in the room I was in, 301, was not draining properly, and by the end of the shower I was standing in dirty water. Also the hair conditioner in the shower did not open. I took it out and left it on the sink.

Wonderful staff. There was a key card machine issue and - despite having to basically master-key individual guests into their rooms unexpectedly - personnel took this glitch (resolved next day) in their stride and remained exceptionally gracious hosts. This is a nice hotel and the staff is just stellar. I look forward to my next stay.

We chose Home2 Suites by Hilton in East Hanover primary because the brand caters to families with children, which we have. It was also close to the Train station to NYC which was important as well. The shopping and dining options in the area were adequate and well serviced. The only downside I saw was maid services are only every 4 days for a full cleaning, and every 2 days they offer a refresh of the bathrooms and towels. Though with that being said, if you ever needed anything, a call to the front desk would quickly provide anything you require. We did have one night where some rowdy guests were playing music loud until 1 AM Saturday night, the front desk staff did deal with them though.

I had an excellent experience at Home 2. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable, which is truly appreciated upon arrival. Additionally, the services offered are of high quality, making the stay even more enjoyable. The room is perfectly conditioned, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-maintained stay.

We felt very good at hotel during our stay. Being with the family, I like the ste up of Smal kitchen. Their breakfast was awesome. Cleanliness inside and out of the room was of top notch.

The receptionist was not welcoming. I didn’t like my there . When we arrived at reception , it was full of bad smell. They parked the garbage trolley near the ice dispenser. The area near the ice dispensor was stinking. They closed the swiming pool even though hotel didn’t update any information about the closer of its swimming pool on website. My kids were very excited for swimming pool. I stayed in this hotel With my brother’s family. Right after the checkin the room , My brother found his sofa queen bed wet . We asked for the reception to change the room as sofa queen bed was wet and the queen bed was not in the condition to sleep on it . They refused to change the room right away. My brother and his family compromised all night and they were 5 people 2 adults and 3 big kids were slept on one bed . It’s not worth to stay in this hotel , management of the hotel is not accomodating.
