I stayed here for 2 weeks during Thanksgiving. Thinking that because it was a Hilton hotel, there would be better conditions and convenience. I arrived and found out that it was switching over to Hilton and things were still being done. The check in was easy, friendly staff and room was nice. However, the noise level throughout the hallways was not okay. Kids kicking soccer balls in the hallways in the morning, loud noises from outside as well and terribly smelly hallways. The hotel is non-smoking and I swear there were sketchy people in the hotel smoking and doing god knows what. The housekeeping service wasn’t too bad because it was not full service yet due to the hotel being switched over. However, I am happy to say that they came in within 24 hours to get it done. But overall, I would give it 3.5/5.

Hotel staff very unfriendly. When arrived to hotel room only two towels when it’s a room that sleeps five. Not an ounce of shampoo in the dispenser. When asked for more towels the next day, they never came. Not happy with the service

Our complete luggage was taken by the cleaning staff when were not in the room. After multiple follow ups they were able to retrieve some of items but most of our food supplies were never returned. Though the sraff helped us and told that they will give us 2 days complimentary stay for the inconvenience and same will will be adjusted in bill but was never done. Safety wise i will give it 0 rating

Very young person at the front desk checkin. While he was checking me in he seemed more interested in eating his bag of Chips and licking his fingers. I was also surprise that the accessible room I asked for didn’t have any Grab Bars in the Shower/Tub

Will definitely stay here again!
My husband & I enjoyed our one night stay. It was pleasant, clean & comfortable, even though the hotel is currently undergoing active renovations. Location is close to many shopping & dining options. Breakfast was included & was actually pretty good.

When I booked the room I was notified that their laundry facility was under construction but not that the front entrance and gym was also under construction. While staying here the room was nice but was missing a significant amount of cutlery like spoons, plates and pans. We also had a clogged toilet and it made a mess, we called the front 3 times to clean but no one ever came. We then called for towels even went to the front desk and asked but never received them. I had to go looking on each floor to find a housekeeper to give me clean towels. Also our TV wasn’t working properly but since we couldn’t even get towels we just left that alone. The description of the hotel says that the rooms are sound proof but Sunday morning we could hear a man cursing out someone for an hour. I understand that they had a lot of renovations going on but what have appreciated them at least making an effort to accommodate us with the minor things that we asked for. The best to make for these issues would be some sort of refund.
