Large and bright studio apartment in a condominium complex that boasts one of the most beautiful views of Lake Iseo. The living area consists of a kitchen equipped with all the most important appliances and utensils. In the same room, there is a very comfortable double sofa bed and at its side an opening pouf that becomes a third single bed. The bathroom is complete with all sanitary ware, shower and a washing machine. The apartment has a small balcony from which you can enjoy an amazing view of the lake and the island of Montisola. The residence is also equipped with a swimming pool overlooking the lake (height of 140cm) whose opening depends on the internal regulations and the weather conditions. The clients of the apartment will be able to use a private garage. New sofa bed for the 2024 season!
In case of animals, notify the property. There is a supplement of 30 €. A security deposit of €300 (€600 in case of pet) is required, by credit card. The card details will be requested at the time of booking confirmation, however the block will be activated upon the guest's arrival. Heating costs €10 per night.

From via Belvedere you can access, on the right, a secondary road (visible indication, by road sign, just before the entrance) which leads directly to the garage of the residence. Go down the stairs (about 10) that are in front of the garage, the first glass door you meet is that of the apartment.
