I only stayed at this hotel because it was right by the airport (like a 10 min walk) as had issues with my connecting flight so booked it for the night. I don’t think this property is nothing special, literally made for people to stay over for airport purposes. Facilities like spa/gym/etc close very early, would be nice to leave it open until later for people who want to use it and check in later on the day. The room is spacious and bed comfortable but there’s nothing special about it like views etc. Also think it’s a bit overpriced for what it is

close to the airport, I just didn't like how you cannot wear hotel slippers to the buffet breakfast I thought that is too pretentious like people are gonna look at your shoes while you are eating. That was actually a put off, not everyone is into that kind of life, I think you need to be more inclusive looks is not everything it is just vanity

Check in was terrible because only two staff for the 15 guests waiting in the line. No hot water for shower. The mini refrigerator was not working and guests requested for replacement. The replacement still not working. The water faucet was more colder than the mini refrigerator. The room was not properly checked to receive a guest.

I checked in and was instructed to go to my room via the elevator. No one told me that my luggage will be separated from me because they’re using a different lift which was on the opposite side. My unlocked carry on was with them which contained jewelries and other documents. I was so concerned and went back to the front desk and asked . It took awhile to be with my luggage again. I was not happy about it. Also it took several attempts for front desk and operator to answer my calls from my room. And the hair dryer wasn’t working.

Affordable rooms in a convenient distance to NAIA. There were lots of construction out front and your luggage must go through a scanner when you arrive but check in was smooth and there was live music & bbq in the pool area, cafe (Thursday nights), restaurant by the lobby that we didn’t need to leave the hotel during our overnight stay. This hotel is a great option while laying over in Manila & travelling with small children. Overall quite good for the price I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
