CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIFICALLY SPEAKING ABOUT THE MANAGER WAS TERRIBLE! She was a EXTREMELY Rude, Disrespectful, & Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Will NOT be staying there again and I DON’T recommend anyone else to waste their money staying there either. THERE ARE TWO OTHER HOTELS RIGHT NEXT TO HERE THAT ARE MORE EXPENSIVE BUT DEFINITELY WORTH the LITTLE EXTRA COST

Front desk gal was not knowledgeable about anything. TV didn’t work called to ask for help she laughed and said she didn’t know anything about TV’s Had to wait for maintenance until 11:30 pm. No breakfast and room smelled.

Sink in bathroom was plugged up. I like the shower the water pressure. Has a full refrigerator, which is nice as a bottle opener, which is nice. Microwave is good but the light under the microwave never turns off so you have this really bright nightlight. You have to deal with. If you like to sleep in the dark, then you’re screwed. Overall, this place is very clean and it smells good.

Water got on the floor and I cleaned it up and the towel was so dirty from the floor. The blow dryer did not work. Walked on the carpet with white socks and they were black. We only had enough to make one cup of coffee.
