Staff was super friendly. Huge issue at check in where they had already checked in our room. Staff more than made it right (upgraded us) but it scares me that something like tha could have happened. Rooms were dated and lacked cleanliness. Super dusty. Included breakfast was out of everything most mornings.

Very run down. A/c unit was very noisy made it hard to sleep. At 2 a.m. the cover fell off and woke us. You could hear the busy highway though the single pane glass door. Don't know the last time they cleaned the carpet. All the light switches were very grubby. For $150 i would expect a clean room with functioning equipment that didnt keep you up due to the noise. They offered to change the room if i walked the two blocks accross the property to get the room reassigned. After 17 hours in transit I didnt want to get dressed, pack my stuff and walk another four blocks for a room and at the state of this room, didn't have hope the next one would be different.

We made reservations for our room several months in advance because we had stayed there before and liked it. We tried to change our room location but were told that we only paid for economy rooms. We did pay $158 so I don’t consider that economy. The room was not quite furnished. It was missing a closet and a hairdryer. It was also located across the street from the loud and busy freeway. Our food at the restaurant for dinner was also terrible. We won’t stay there again!
