Beautiful hotel with great few in the sea front. 2 minutes away from tourist attractions like Bangla road and Patong Beach. The hotel did a great job surprising me and my wife with wedding anniversary cake and flowers . That was amazing

Such a beautiful resort and the perfect location. Close enough to Patong beach but also just far enough away from the wild party that is Bangla walking St. Staff were amazing and breakfast buffet was incredible. Our room was great, devine view, comfy pillows, air-conditioning.

Rooms were infested with bugs
Based on all the 5 star reviews, I guess that we just had bad luck and got 2 bad rooms. Our rooms were infested with mosquitoes, cockroaches and worms. We had so many mosquito bites after our first night that we were itching and scratching on our whole trip. It was awful. Our rooms were under a large tree so we just assumed that the bugs were part of being in nature. No other review complained about bugs so I’m not sure what happened to our rooms. It was disgusting. The bathroom needs to be renovated. The shower door didn’t close and the towel hooks were broken.

Oh I'm definitely staying here again when I go back to Thailand! I would just make sure you book the club rooms with balconies because they're the most modern and updated. You also get free breakfast at a private clubhouse and so much more. 10/10 would recommend!!

Very good hotel location and facilities on a hilltop slope overlooking Potong Beach & Bay Area. Good staff services quality. Resort Hotel style setting ambiance and atmosphere. The hotel was clean and safe with easy local transport connections to shopping, dining and attractions. Family friendly with 3 pool area and private beach area. Spa Therapy was very good.

Breakfast was superb, so much variety and quality of the food was perfect. Location was excellent can walk or taxi it to patong beach and lots of options for food and markets. Sadly the quality and cleanliness of the rooms were poor. Very small rooms and space, photos looks deceiving. I received an incorrect room to what was booked, was given a substandard room. This was later rectified. Mouldy amenities where bottles were not cleaned in some time. Balcony wasnt clean too. Overall not a 5* experience or quality that I had hoped, rooms looked run down. Reality a 3*
