When you check in they charge you a 10,000 Baht “deposit” they say is for room service. Then when you check out they charge you for any room service charges and notify you that it will take 4-6 weeks for your “deposit” to be refunded. Place had ongoing construction and literally sounded like I was at an active construction site with the amount of drilling and noise and hammering. Using the pool at the hotel is not included in your stay and cost 500 Baht. Best part is the central location and staff was good with ordering cabs etc. Just wish I had known of how unbearable the construction noises would be. WiFi service is pretty trash and the TVs are very dated and TV remote buttons work intermittently. I tipped room service daily and they still charged me a fee.

This was an excellent hotel/resort. I found all of the staff very warm and friendly. The facilities are in great shape and staff keeps the grounds well maintained ans secure. This was a great deal for the money and exceeded my expectations. I will be returning here in the future.

very close to the beach and main commercial areas- excellent staff- however the hotel is very old and in phase of renovation- there is a significant noise from 10:00 am to 17:00 PM daily including weekends.
