Unpleasant yet expensive.
The hotel is just expensive and unpleasant. Multiple times, unpleasant service, would not stay there again. The breakfast restaurant, while the food itself is good, the plates are unbelievably dirty. I guess the restaurant doesn't care because only guests eat there.

Avani is an absolutely beautiful hotel with a super convenient location. The grounds and pool of the hotel are unbelievably beautiful and tropical, and are exquisitely maintained. We can't wait to go back and enjoy the friendly staff and luxurious room again!

The right place to be in Pattaya
Gorgeous resort. Close to the active area, including walking street. Direct access to the beach (just need to cross the road). Despite the proximity with the crowd and activity : super quiet and feeling like in the country side so much the garden is big and sumptuous. Swimming pool is superb too. A wonderful hotel to spend time in Pattaya.

Surrounding area was very busy for nightlife, many variety of foods walking out the Avani Resort. Easy access to shopping with Terminal 21. Breakfast had a huge variety from Western food to foods of many cultures.
