Staff and service was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. Some of the rooms and accommodation throughout the hotel need some upgrades and the noise from constant construction inside and outside the hotel really did distract from what was otherwise a pleasant experience.

In my room clean was bad, diden’t change the bed sheet the last 5days, just made the bed without change the bed sheet. Other wise it was good, service was good. People was very nice etc.

Most was good. Roomservice pool breakfast bed. I miss some smiles in reception. And They seemed stressed. and the paint is no good inside bathroomdoor. But overall good hotel nearly 3,5 to 4 star

The rooms are nice and roomy. A little far down beach road, but when they finish the pipe work it will be easier to get around on beach road. Only minus is no bacon at breakfast. Had a great stay though. Reception staff are all friendly. We had a little issue at check in and had to wait until 5pm for one of our rooms.

Overall a pleasant stay. The bed was very hard though. Air conditioning loud and difficult to adjust. Beautiful view of the beach from the room. Room was across from a storage hall where garbage bags should not be left.

Honestly I don't know how this property can call itself a 5 star. At one time it probably was a great hotel but now the rooms are pretty beat up and not that clean. At least mine were. On the other hand, the breakfast is good. It's in a good area and it has a pool and gym. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for and this place is relatively cheap.
