I got charged for a glass that was on the edge of the table when I walked by . You have too many tables at breakfast making it difficult to walk through without accidents happening . The food was always cold , the pool chairs and cushions need replacing the older rooms need updating and the pool needs cleaning . I left on Dec 3 heard there as an accident with a man falling in pool due to not cleaning pool . There were 5 people in pool one day spitting yelling splashing I complained nothing was done .

Nice hotel worth the price
Everything was pretty good in the hotel rooms are very new in one Tower and not new in the other Tower. Front desk staff are hot and cold definitely not over friendly but the property has a nice pool, great breakfast and very clean. Make sure you don't lose your key card, lose a towel or break a glass because they'll charge you for everything. Other than that I would stay here again

Fifth Pattaya Jomtien
I would actually give this a 4.8, but, that doesn't exist. The only problem we had was the sewage smell we had to deal with going back and forth to the main building. Hopefully that is a temporary situation, but, it was very noticeable. The housekeeping was awesome. They were super helpful. The daily breakfast was great. I wanted bacon, but, oh well I survived without. The hotel is very close to the beach. And the area was full of places to shop and plenty of restaurants. Great stay

Property is located within a short walking distance to the beach. There's local dining options for those that want local thia food.For shopping and anything else, you're a grab service or baht bus ride away. I enjoyed my stay with the firm hard bed that a lot of other tourists have complained about. The room was spacious to my liking and being it was the low season the rate was low as well to my liking. Two pools and a small relatively equiped gym on the roof was an added bonus.

All around a great Hotel Experience, Room was really Comfortable and clean, Bedding was very Good, Breakfast and Hotel Kitchen put out Good Food, The 2 Things that were below par was the WiFi was Super slow to the point it was useless to try and use most the time, to use my laptop I used my phone for a Hot Spot, And then the water Temperature in the shower was impossible to dial in, it Constantly went from Way to hot to Cold,
