Despite the construction work, things were still reasonably quiet. Staff at the hotel were wonderful! Very pleasant and accommodating. I just wish I could have brought my kids there this trip. They would have loved it with the game rooms and pool area.

The location is super good. Easy access. And also it’s a shopping spot. We like the food as they do have halal food for Muslim guests….excellent. The F&B staff by the name of Falah & Sassy is very good,helpful and friendly. Will recommend this hotel to all my family members and friends too…

We came into pattaya to celebrate Loy krathong which is a very nice experience we usually stay at the hardrock because its a great location and the hotel and staff are great theres renovation wrk going on at the moment but you wouldnt know it no inconvenience has been had or any undue noise has been heard the staff are always there to fulfill your needs great work keep it up hardrock

The Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya is one of the best vacations I have had. It was not perfect. You can truly adjust the air conditioning in the rooms. There is a wide gap on the bottom of each guest room door, so the air from the outside flows into the room. The breakfast was o.k. but the hotel management could import better product to be served. The coffee was always burned. You should have a better system so that you serve good quality coffee. Not perfect many things need to be improved.
