Great stay for decent price
Great stay. Aged property but maintained well and everything was functional and clean. Service was also very good. They were very nice. Location was also great, near central and lots of restaurants and spas.

I had paid for two persons while booking. On 8.10.24 while my second occupant accompanied me to restaurant they refused to serve her saying that ‘she is not registered while checking in ‘ Her ID was with them since the afternoon of 7.10.24 and they could have well finished formalities and entered in the system. As a courtesy to the guest staying for a long duration, they could have served the breakfast and finished the formailities of entering the details later on. They had miserably failed in both causing me huge embarrassment. The electric kettle also takes inordinately long time to heat . Housekeeping should do vaccum cleaning on carpet but they do a simple brooming that too like an eyewash. While complaining they appeared to be angry due to their lack of English language. It was a terrible experience of stay

Good staff, nice room and facilities. Great pool and bar area on the roof. Close to all the nightlife but not too close to be noisy.

I only stayed here for 1 day. My only dislike was the 1 mini bar soap they had available for a booking showing 2 guests. Hotels should only be using liquid soap anyway to avoid cross contamination.

Overall I would try somewhere else for the money. Air con was just about blowing cool air. Rome and corridors looking tired. Shower had good pressure. Overpriced for Phuket IMO.

Great Stay
Great stay, hotel could do with a slight upgrade but nothing too drastic. Their Wizard brewery next door is fabulous and their meals are very tasty and a great price. Would definitely recommend.

Great location and lovely staff. This is a nice hotel just a bit past its prime. The welcome presentation was strange. Turn in your plastic door card when you leave or face a major fine if you lose it. Be careful in the bathroom--the 2 inch down step can be painful if it's forgotten when exiting.

The staff is great. Always very helpful and friendly. Some minor issues that they did fix were a safety box that wasn’t working, the A/C unit that was functioning poorly. Both items were remedied after I brought it to their attention.

Beautiful hotel, just didn't like that you have to drop off room key when leaving hotel, and then have to pick it up when you enter back into hotel. And if you bring a guest in, they have to check in with ID at front desk and be 20 years old and up.
