I traveled to Pattaya during the Rolling Loud music festival and stayed with Somerset Pattaya for 4 days 3 nights. I must say, IF and WHEN I ever travel back to Pattaya, there will be no question where I will choose accommodations. Everyone from the security guards, concierge, front desk and room service were amazing.

I had an amazing stay. My room was fantastic. Loved having the washer /dryer combo. Very convenient. The small kitchen was another great convenience. Fantastic view from my balcony. Very comfortable bed... Definitely would stay here again.

Very nice Hotel to stay at with friendly staff and good location to everything. The view from the rooftop pool is great. The rooms are clean and modern with a good layout, design, privacy and quite. We would stay again at Somerset Pattaya.

The staff was very efficent, discret, helpful and professional. The rooftop swimming pool altough amazingly beautiful does not offer many places to sit in the shadow.

Very nice hotel, I had an upgrade room with ocean view and a washing machine in the room, a big plus for a longer stay. The service is great, real clean and the Best location in Pattaya.

It is a nice hotel the staff is great - It was very busy, and the elevators were slow which was different than some of my other visits. I chose to buy the breakfast buffet as part of my reservation, and I would not do that again. The breakfast buffet is not particularly good, not terrible but cold eggs, raw bacon, not a large selection of items just not something I would want to pay for again. The rooms are good size - the pool is small - they have a children's pool and a children's playroom - not of much interest to me but worth mentioning. No room service, at least not that I am aware of and I have been there many times.
