Very solid hotel; the rooms were nice, facilities & amenities good, front desk was flexible, very good breakfast, good location. No complaints at all. I rate this 5 star given international travel, probably 4 star in the US. Quiet rooms. My only nitpick might be the somewhat dark walkway from the main street up the hotel driveway to the entrance (there's not a walking path).

The Bayview is a charming hotel close to Pattaya beach front. Rooms are comfortable and quiet, although the beds can be quite firm. Despite being close to the beach and main street, the rooms are quiet.

We like this property, we were just checked in on an area where there was no elevator. It was a little tiring after a long time of walking around the area. Also, there were mosquitoes. We were presuming because they had little fish ponds. We had to rush in and out of the room so we won't be infested. Overall, the room was clean, walking distance to everywhere and staff were friendly.

Excellent location near beach with super breakfast
The Bayview Hotel is centrally located in the best part of the beach area close to restaurants, bars, shops, malls, and attractions. It's steps away from the ocean and one can easily pick up a towel in the pool area and use a short private walkway to get to the beach. This has an enclosed section for safe swimming. The hotel is four-star, but the breakfast is five-star. It offers a selection of ethnic foods (Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Thai) plus a complete Western-style selection that includes cold and hot plates. The egg/omelette stand is particularly outstanding. I got an ocean-view room, which although nice, did not give a full panoramic view. That actually is not important, as one spends most of the time outside. A balcony was very convenient to partake in some of the places' offerings. The hotel is a solid four-star, but not overly luxurious. I checked other hotels near the beach and the Bay View gave the best price performance. The service was great and I would definitely come here again. I recommend the Bayview whole-heartedly.

The hotel was in a great location, very convenient and close to everything – the beach, the market, and more. The room was clean, but there were a few issues that stood out. When we asked for an additional towel, we were told they didn’t have any clean ones available, which was disappointing considering there were two of us. The staff, especially at reception, were not very approachable, and unlike other places where staff greet you and offer assistance, here it felt more distant. The breakfast was good, staff at the breakfast kitchen were very friendly and helpful Overall, the place was fine, but the service could definitely be improved.
