Stayed for just over a week, staff all good but hotel rooms were dated, and location was the main issue for me slightly out of 3rd road a good ten minutes walk to my usual place soi buakhow.

What I didn't like was that on the morning of my departure I went to reception handed my key back in to get my 1000 baht deposit back when the person I gave it to handed it directly to a colleague who left the area with the key and then the person I gave it to originally tried to make out I hadn't given it to her. When I insisted and implied I would go and find the colleague myself all of a sudden the point was conceeded. Then because that little scam hadn't worked the senior employee of the two I was dealing with implied that if didn't still have my copy of the deposit receipt she wouldn't be able to give me the 1000 baht back! Luckily I had the receipt that I would imagine most people would of discarded and got my deposit back. The whole above charade was in my opinion designed to cheat me out of the 1000 baht deposit. Not good business!

Nice n clean hotel , close to eveeything
Easy to go to everywhr , stop of motorbike taxi is juz outside the hotel, and its alot of shop around the hotel.. walkable for 7-11 / massage shop / hyper market / hair saloon / mini mart / eat shop / bars / lounge/ beach ....if want to take car taxi juz catch it at the main road , its really convenient location...

best hotel to stay in pattaya
Perfect place to stay with family or friends.nice and quiet street but not really far from anything. restaurants all around. Lots of street food everywhere.1.2 km from beach.we walked to the beach everyday.but u can hire a scooter from reception for only 150 bth a day. Nice and clean room,nice staff,nice swimming pool. I would live there again and again.

budget option delivers budget experience
Room was plenty spacious, clean, a/c ran strong and cold, quiet location. Two disappointments were the poorly locking door which took me forever to figure out and the presence of micro ants on the wall in the washroom. Shower was big and tue hot water ran strong and plentiful. Transportation to center of town i.e. central road was infrequent with the baht bus so must use the slightly more expensive Moto taxi option. At $25 CAD per night I recommend for a budget option that gives a clean and spacious room.

Quiet neighbourhood, Great reception staff, Bathroom cleanliness could improve slightly, Lovely rooms and comfortable bedding. Good range of tv channels, kettle facilities and a pleasant pool area.

A nice hotel in a quiet sleepy area,taxi bikes handy,away from the busy hype of Pattaya,Was about a 1.5 km walk to the beach,about 10 min felt a bit far too walk, and off the main taxi truck route so if you don't like walking you can catch a motorbike taxi about 50 bhart to the beach. Big C extra Supermarket was near,not much in the way of food and bars near by,but some about 1km away on 2nd rd .

The staff at the hotel were always pleasant, but didn't go out of their way to help or provide information. I was disappointed that although they advertise having a restaurant and the tables were set, it wasn't operational. If you wanted food the nearest facility was 200 yards down the road. Would advise other people to take their own tea and coffee, as although there is a kettle and fridge only drinking water is provided. Although the hotel itself and the surrounding outside areas were kept clean, the room service could have been better. The maid came every day and cleaned and mopped the floors and also changed the towels; however, in 13 days my bed linen wasn't changed at all. My overall impression was, that the hotel operated more as a room hire service, for single night stays, than as a longer term holiday service.
