Welcome to the Petite Palmetto at True Blue golf club. This top and third floor condo, with a vaulted living/dining room ceiling, overlooks the 17th tee and offers a refreshed interior with updated furniture, fixtures, and amenities – all of which have been selected to offer a bright, relaxing, and luxe environment. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two, twin XL beds.

Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee machine (K cups provided), dishwasher (cleaning pods provided), ice maker, and washer/dryer (wash pods provided). Screened-in porch with patio furniture. Access to multiple pools (one pool is open year round; other pools are seasonal April 1 - September 30; pools not heated), hot tubs, and tennis courts. One pool is steps away. Steve Dresser golf academy is around the corner. Caledonia Golf and Fish Club is across the street. A seven minute drive takes you to the beach. Linens included. Professionally cleaned.

Extras include Huntington Beach pass, beach chairs, beach tent, beach umbrella, pool noodles, body boards, 52 quart cooler, 25 quart cooler, and bocce set.

Hi speed internet and Wi-Fi, 55” smart TV in the living room and 43” smart TVs in each bedroom. Cable TV in the living room and bedrooms with movie channels including HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Starz, and Encore.

Rule summary. Please read before booking. Three night minimum (HOA rules). Prohibited on property between the hours of 11:00 pm and 8:00 am are vehicles, such as, but not limited to, motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, campers, trailers, boats, ATV’s and golf carts. Commercial vehicles are prohibited unless actively working on property (all HOA rules). Third floor (no elevator). Smoke free environment. No smoking in the condo or on the patio. Fantastic!!

The Petite Palmetto is a lovely and well-appointed condo. The owners were super-communicative, responding to messages/questions very quickly. They checked in with us once we’d arrived to be sure we had everything we needed. They have thought of everything! The kitchen is stocked with all the items you will need during your stay. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals and this one takes the highest rating! Truly a 5-Star experience!!!

Another great stay at Petite Palmetto!

This was our second time to rent this cute unit for our son’s golf tournament at True Blue. It is updated with great furnishings, comfy beds and all new bathrooms and kitchen. The decor is beautiful! Coffee on the screened in porch was a perfect start to the day. Tom and Nicole were great hosts and communicators! We loved our stay and wish we had had more time to enjoy the condo. Highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect condo on the golf course!

We stayed in this property for my son’s college golf tournament at True Blue. I can’t say enough about how accommodating and great to work with the host (Tom) was! He was so easy to get in touch with and eager to help. The condo is spotless - newly renovated in beautiful coastal decor and furnished with everything you need from laundry detergent to basic spices to coffee pods and creamers. Very nice comfy furniture and plenty of seating. Up to date tv technology and a nice porch with g seating you can enjoy sitting on. Can’t recommend this condo enough!

A++ condo in True Blue

This is the third time we stayed there in the last three years will be booking again for next year! we have ataywd in ar least 11 other prooerirs in this comminiry and is by far the best. Very clean and well appointed! Tom and his wife are beyond exceptional. They go out of their way to ensure everything is great for you and you have a wonderful trip.

Peaceful golf course oasis

Our stay was wonderful - the listing was exactly as pictured. Beautifully decorated, quiet, and easy parking right in front of the building. The complex has multiple pools within short walking/driving distance with ample seating in the shade (tables with umbrellas). We absolutely loved the screened in balcony that overlooked the golf course - it was so calm and peaceful sitting out there and listening to the birds and insects every morning/evening. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommended!

Beach time with Cousins

Petite Palmetto was the perfect place to stay for two cousins to explore the Pawley's and Georgetown area. We had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect in every way! The hosts were very attentive to every little detail and quick to respond to our request to extend our stay! We can't wait to come back another time. Truly a little gem near the ocean.

Petite Palmetto/Tru Blue at Pawley's Island

Our stay at the Petite Palmetto at Tru Blue was the best vacation lodging we have experienced! It was clean, quiet and comfortable! The hosts provided info about resources/activities at Pawley's Island and the surrounding area! The condo was very spacious and livable - all of the rooms were well equipped for our needs! My husband and I had the most amazing stay at this little golf course side condo. It was minutes away from several beautiful golf course and only 10-15minutes away from public beach access!
