The villa is set over 2 floors. The ground floor is a self-contained
studio for 2 people, with kitchen and bathroom. The upper floor
comprises lounge with inside dining area and balcony (with sea views),
kitchen, double bedroom, twin-bedded room, en-suite shower room and a
further family bathroom. Outside there are a large sea-facing balcony,
BBQ patio and private swimming pool area with sunbeds and parasols.

Living Room
The living room has a dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV and
Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue
outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
