Great stay!
It was a great little place to get away! The owners were available to help right away when needed. Check in and out were easy. The house was clean and well equipped. The information beforehand was very thorough and helpful. The location was close to a lot of things. The yard was very small but cute. Overall a great stay.

Great little cabin just close enough to everything!
Very cute cabin that is close enough to everything but also on a quiet street so you could relax! We enjoyed the fire pit and it was the perfect size for us and our baby!

Escape the heat to a cool cabin
There's a lot to like about the cozy cabin. Payson is 20+ degrees cooler than the Phoenix valley and the cabin has air conditioning. The kitchen has all the basics plus a few things more. It's definitely 'cozy' and perfect for two people to relax in the great room. The cabin could use a bit of updating, but there's nothing that gets in the way of enjoying all the positives about the cabin. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Lots to do outside in that neck of the woods.

Very nice ,clean house !! Location to everything is very good! Loved the front porch for sitting outside in the mornings & evenings. AC works very good !! Very nice place for a retired couple to stay from the Valley to get out of heat.

Perfect little cabin
This beautiful little cabin was absolutely perfect for me the wife and the three year-old son. If you enjoy wildlife, there are plenty of elk just roaming around the neighborhood. It is very cool. The cabin is clean and cozy. I recommend this property where a two bedroom can accommodate your needs.

Great CLEAN Property
We took my in-laws up for Mother’s Day weekend. Cabin is super cute. Nice neighborhood, friendly neighbors and close to everything you’d need. Check in and out were super straightforward. This property also has a can opener now cause we bought one and left it there. Will stay again.

Great casita for us. In town watching grand play in golf tourney. All really great here … donated an inexpensive hair dryer tho and carpeting is a bit on the worn side but other those two items, we would re-rent for sure. Also, found 2 restaurants we recommend… El Rodeo (Mexican) and Duza’s for their fish special !!

The cabin was perfect for us.Comfortable, roomy, all the amenities we wanted and close to things. The shower was especially nice and the outside seating. One minor improvement would be a clock in the bedroom. We highly recommend this place.
