"We stayed at the Grand Canyon Western Ranch for 4 nights. We didnt have a vehicle, so they dropped us off and collected us from the Grand Canyon for a day visit. The cabins were lovely and the staff were terrific. Our 9 year old daughter rated our stay higher than our trips to Disneyland and Universal Studio. We really enjoyed the after dinner smores around the campfire with the singalongs and campfire stories. May not be for you if you dont like horses and no connectivity, but a beautiful and peaceful place to get away from it all and to go horseriding. The hospitality was amazing, with everyone we met being so friendly. Everyone made sure we had all we needed and we were treated like family. We miss the staff already."

"Loved this hotel after 3 nights camping. Warm, great food and very friendly check-in and restaurant staff. The housekeeping staff was extremely rude tho, told me I couldn’t ride the elevator with her even tho I’m a very small person and 3 more people could have fit. When I laughed and got on the elevator anyway she was extremely displeased. I hope they’ll ask staff to share the elevator with guests happily in the future. "
