2 waterfront suites w paddle boarding/kayaking

Just 4 minutes from Peachland, these lakefront suites (three bedroom + studio) are the holiday home away from home you'll want to revisit every year! The decks are perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while overlooking the breathtaking mountain and lake views, or for late night s'mores around the firepit while the stars come out. A short private trail leads you to a lakeside dock, complete with 2 paddle boards, a kayak, and another firepit area. Two boat buoys available if needed.
The space
The space includes two walkout suites both with full kitchens, bathrooms, washer/dryer, AC, etc. The suites are a bottom level of a house, located in a semi remote area of the valley. Host occupies upper level. The hot tub and decks pictured are exclusively for the suites. The trail leads to a private landing and dock with firepit + chairs. Host may pass through property on occasion to water plants and maintenance.
Other things to note
The trail leading down to the water is 120 ft elevation change and takes about 3 to 4 minutes each direction. A couple sections are a little steep and proper hiking footwear is recommended although not needed.
