Sitting on a beautiful natural acre just yards from the water and the 17 Mile Drive® in Pebble Beach®, and inside a fenced and gated property, The Palm House on Cabrillo is your spacious and comfortable home during your stay. Enjoy privacy and an expansive view from the comfort of the large living room or family room with wall-to-wall windows facing west in this 3,900 sf home.

Take a short walk to Pescadero Point and enjoy the majesty of the Pacific Ocean as the waves crash against the boulders at water’s edge formed millions of years ago while the sun sets into the ocean. Spy on the sea otters frolicking in the kelp beds just off the coast. The home is about .7 mile to the Lodge, Stillwater Cove Bar and Grill and the Pebble Beach Golf Links. Or head over to the “re-imagined short course” at The Hay and giggle your way through the 9-hole fun course designed by Tiger.

Living Spaces
The mid-century modern vibe with beautifully appointed furniture makes each room a pleasure. The entire home has been recently refreshed with new contemporary furniture, all new flooring and carpet, paint, appliances and more.
Expansive living room with vaulted ceiling and multiple seating areas, one of them around the decorative, candlelit fireplace and another at a dining table from which you can catch a peek of the ocean. A wall of windows faces the back yard with a gazebo and looks west out toward the tree tops.

A large new upper deck outside the living room features a table and chairs and additional seating options. Warm yourself by the fire pit table as you talk about the day's adventures.
Separate family room with TV and sectional sofa.
Enjoy the comfort of the spacious and open upper level or head downstairs to the cozy TV Room to relax and unwind on the sofa.

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen features updated stainless steel appliances and tile countertops and is well-equipped to make meals when you want to dine in.
A dining table is included in the large living room area or dine outdoors on the peaceful deck.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Three bedrooms are upstairs, on the main level.
Bedroom #1 has a king bed, upholstered arm chair, desk with desk chair, TV and an en suite bathroom with shower and dual vanity.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, large window seat and an en suite bathroom with shower-over-tub combination.
Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, desk with desk chair and an en suite bathroom with shower.
Downstairs, Bedroom #4 has a queen bed and is located adjacent to a half-bath.
The home has a second half-bath near the living areas on the upper level.

Sorry, Palm House on Cabrillo is not pet friendly.

A dedicated laundry room is located just off the kitchen.

Ample off street parking inside this gated property including a 4-car garage with an EV outlet to charge electric vehicles. Guests should bring their own cable and adapter. The garage or large driveway are also great spaces to roll out the ping pong table or pickleball net and enjoy a set with friends and family.

Beautiful, spacious property steps from 17 mile drive! Very convenient, walkable location. Property manager was very responsive. Lots of areas to gather, indoors and out. Kitchen has all the necessities. Highly recommend this property if you’re staying in the Pebble Beach area.

Everything was great here. The only item which keeps this from getting a 5 star rating was the house itself. The bathrooms could use more updating. The house was large with plenty of nice gathering spaces inside and out. It is a very expensive house in one of the most expensive neighborhoods in the country. Sanctuary Rental is top notch. Overall, we loved the house and would stay there again.

It was a lovely, sprawling property with all the amenities. The privacy gate and surrounding land were serene. Perhaps a bit too many spider webs inside and outside of the house. There was a slight musty smell upon entering the house, but nothing a few open windows couldn't fix. All in all, it supported our family well!

Amazing, spacious and beautiful house
We had 8 people (3 couples, a teen and an 11 year old) and the layout of the house was just perfect. Well appointed bedrooms, plenty of space for us to socialize together, both inside in the great room and outside in the awesome deck. The location is unbeatable - on 17 Mike Drive, close to Carmel and an easy drive to the Monterey aquarium and Big Sur. Highly recommend this house!!

We loved our stay at this beautiful house. It had everything we needed and our family had a super fun and relaxing vacation. The location was wonderful, the house was fabulous and everybody had a great time. We loved the outdoor patio and huge backyard and enjoyed exploring the area - Pescadero point, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Point Lobos, and lots of beaches close by. We definitely plan on coming back!

Short stay for anniversary
We liked this house because it is and old ranch style home, with everything on one level. It's in a great location right above Pescadero point and although we did not use the garden because of the weather, it would be lovely in summer. We were very comfortable, the home was extremely well equipped with real Joe Colombo glasses, tea cups by Villeroy and Bosch, and very stylish furniture. Our favorite spot was the comfortable chairs and ottomans facing the garden. Perfect for a cocktail or a morning cup of coffee. Everything was just as described, the check in and out was easy and the location was perfect. It's not exactly the most affordable place and would cost a lot of money for a month in summer, but only 5 minutes from town, it worked for us.

A must-stay
We had an incredible trip to stay at this house and would highly recommend you stay there! It was a girls trip to explore spots in the area and we had plenty of space to spread out and hang out. -Beds and pillows comfortable with USB outlets for easy charging -Every bedroom had a nice bathroom (some smaller than others) plus a small bonus bathroom on the first level -Tons of lounging furniture both inside and outside - super comfortable -The EV charger was a huge plus for us - we did bring our own super charger -Plenty of hair dryers, soft towels, blankets -Nice closets even with hampers for dirty clothes! -Lots of fun activities like pickleball, putting game, ping pong, etc -There is a VERY filtered view of the ocean, but it was mostly about the view of the trees and landscaping. Landscaping in the backyard I'm sure will be worked on soon, but the private gate and front area was super nice. The management group was super responsive, and I knew if I needed anything, would be just a phone call away. However, this house had everything and so we needed nothing to call about! They left us a bottle of wine and cheese that was a nice little touch for our arrival. I would stay here again. We absolutely loved the location!

Wonderfully, clean and spacious property!
My family and I had a fabulous time at the home. It is immaculately clean and there is plenty of room to come together for socializing but then lots of space to retreat to other parts of the home for quiet time. The house was fully stocked with anything that you could need and the property managers were wonderful to work with. The highlight for us was the short walk down to Mile 17 and the Ghost Trees lookout to take in the beautiful views. I highly recommend this property and we hope to be back in the near future!
