Stunning penthouse located on the top floor (3rd floor), furnished to the highest standard. This penthouse is bright, light and airy with a very large private balcony providing breathtaking 360 degree unspoilt views of the Mediterranean sea.

Furnished beautifully; with elegant, co-ordinated 'laura ashley' furnishings and a tranquil colour scheme which adds to the ambience of pafilia springs.

The penthouse is accessed through security doors with a lift, with covered private parking.

The spacious open plan lounge and dining area opens up to the large patio doors which leads to the extra large furnished balcony.

The balcony provides stunning sea views and overlooks the swimming pool and gardens. There is a raised deck area with outdoor sofa and chairs and large parasol. There are also two dining areas for al-fresco dining. A large cantilever parasol provides shade from the midday sun.

Great Holiday
Had a fab stay at the penthouse. Would definitely book again. Really big and spacious. Fantastic views from the very large balcony. Car recommended for getting around. Some restaurants in walking distance, very hilly. Fabulous cocktails served at The brewery bar.

Wonderful stay
As a family we prefer the freedom of villas and this did not disappoint. It was clean, friendly and had plenty of room for a family of 5 or more. Coral Bay is a short drive away and taxis were cheap, Peyia Village has some great places to eat. The local residents were particularly friendly and couldn't help us enough. We'd been waiting years for this holiday and hope to return next year.

very comfortable stay - a few improvements required to get that 5th star
We stayed for 12 nights in August- weather divine. after finally locating the car park which took 30 minutes of driving up and down as the signage outside is almost non exisitent so please make sure ou read the instructions rather than follow the sat nav which took me in from another direction. nice bright apartment- air con worked well, beds really very comfy, bathrooms good, nice and clean throughout. kitchen well equipped and functions well. outside on the terrace which is huge and provides a nice vista towards the sea on one side and the hills the other, the sofa and chairs pictured on the raised deck are sadly no longer there so not great to relax outside as you only have table and chairs- parasol was broken and dumped on the side, terrible smell in second bathroom and shower holder broken. Hoover pole also broken and brush provided to sweep needed replacing-. In saying that these issues were rectified when reported but really i don't feel its my responsibility to do the maintenance checks when i go on holiday. - no response to why the sofa is no longer there. Pool was lovely and warm and very quiet when we were there- the pool was cleaned 2 a week most of the sunbeds are worn and need replacing but did the job. Is a 10 minute walk uphill (very steep) into the small village with a selection of local restaurants- main supermarket 5 minute drive into coral bay. we travelled to a number of local beaches our favourite a 30 minute drive to Latchi. I feel the space was great and location for us worked you must have a car - be careful when entering the car park as if you enter coming up the hill the clearance on the front bumper means you will scrape car. I would return but would not pay an increased price, around 100 euros a night would be maximum. we sat out most night as the evenings are lovely and warm, very little bugs to worry about and a lovely late night swim was enjoyed most evening. look forward to hearing about the planned improvements for next year.

What a lovely apartment.
This is a lovely penthouse apartment in a quiet part of Cyprus. The owner is extremely helpful and quick to respond if you have any questions. A car is a must with supermarkets and beach only five minutes away by car. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the veranda views are wonderful. The swimming pool and gardens are extremely well maintained.

Perfekte Ferien!
Wir verbrachten 7 Tage in diesem einfach traumhaft gelegenen Penthouse. Die Lage ist zentral aber trotzdem ruhig, die Coral Bay und alle Restaurants und Geschäfte in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, zur Küste ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, Peya selbst ist ein sehr hübscher und beschaulicher Ort. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und ist stilvoll, sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet, in der Küche findet man alle Utensilien die man braucht, Geschirr ist reichlich vorhanden. Und die Terrasse ist einfach umwerfend! Die Aussicht über die Hügel mit den Häusern bis zur Küste ist überwältigend, bis zum Sonnenuntergang ist sie in der Sonne. Und falls es Nachmittags zu sonnig ist, vom Schlafzimmer aus gibt es noch eine kleinere Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool. Der Pool war zu unserer Zeit fast immer sehr leer, oft hat man ihn ganz alleine. Ein Mietauto ist empfehlenswert, eine Fahrt durch das Troodos-Gebirge war ein Highlight! Die Strassen sind alle sehr gut und sicher zu fahren, auf der Insel herrscht allerdings Linksverkehr, entsprechend sind auch die Mietautos, aber man gewöhnt sich daran, und die Einheimischen sind sehr rücksichtsvoll und bleiben immer ruhig und freundlich. Zum Bummeln ist die Promenade von Paphos zu empfehlen, gute Restaurants direkt am Hafen. Vielen Dank nochmal an die Gastfreundlichkeit von John Barrow, vielen Dank für die Früchte und den Wein, eine nette Geste. Wir können das Apartment zu 100% weiterempfehlen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
