🌴🌞As you open the front door, you are greeted with a marvelous view of the ocean in this newly renovated villa. The distinctive aqua colored kitchen is well laid out and a favorite with private chefs and foodies alike. The living and dining area is decorated with a Caribbean contemporary flair and opens onto the poolside terrace. Relax by the pool with a cocktail or take in the incredible sunsets under a shaded terrace.
There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms in total: three bedrooms on the main level, the master bedroom upstairs. The 5th bedroom is in a self-contained studio unit with full bath and kitchenette only a few steps from main villa.
The gated villa is only three miles from Princess Juliana International Airport and situated in the exclusive area of Pelican Key in Sint Maarten. The property is less than a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach or relax in the private pool with spectacular views of the ocean. We also can provide exercise bands and yoga mats so you can get your workout in!
Pelican Key one of the most beautifully developed residential and resort areas on the island, with the advantage of close proximity to Simpson Bay, with its large choice of restaurants, shops, boutiques, casinos and entertainment and beautiful beaches.

**St Maarten has recently experienced disruptions in electricity and water due to equipment currently undergoing renovations by GeBe, the island’s power provider. The outages may not occur regularly. While they usually last for a couple of hours there have been instances when the outages have been significantly longer.
By confirming this booking, you understand that disruptions to water, electricity, and internet services may occur.

The villa is within walking distance of Chabad, casino etc (some hills).
Exercise bands and yoga mat are provided so you can get your workout in!

HURRICANE SEASON:
We would like to take this time to remind you that August and September, in particular, are considered more likely to experience a hurricane. If the island is under an imminent threat of a hurricane, we will need to evacuate the property. Please consider INSURANCE as you would not be able to stay at Blue Opal - under no conditions - during a hurricane. This mandatory evacuation of properties is to safeguard both guests and the property and to make sure that no guest is left without support if we cannot reach them.
