Great customer service. Complimentary hot protein-rich breakfast. Pets welcomed. Quiet and clean. Safeway is 1 block away with various restaurant options within 1/2 mile. We've stayed before and we'll stay again.

Staff was nice but the hallway smelled like marijuana all the time, the beds made a terrible squeaky noise every time we moved. The freeway noise was bothersome with trucks jake-braking all night. Hotel breakfast was good. No good restaurants around. Did not like that the bathroom was not an entirely separate room. Had to shower and then try to get ready without the sink for privacy. I travelled with my adult son. Also, the tv and guide were confusing and hard to use.

Squeaky beds, thin walls, freeway noise, tv “guide” not user friendly at all. No privacy because shower/toilet is not in same room as bathroom sink (I’m here with my adult son). Hallway smells like weed.

I love that they offer a happy hour in the evening and a hot breakfast in the morning. The pool and hot tub are really nice as well. The staff are the best and always say hello or good morning when they see you!

Dog barking in room next door. Refused to move us. Very rude front desk clerk. Bed was broken and squeaked very loud when ever you barely moved. Was not the relaxing experience we were hoping for after a 7 hour drive. Won’t stay there ever again. Motel 6 was way better. I even did early check in and still had to give the clerk my lic and credit card. It made no sense. And didn’t save any time.

Good Choice for Pendleton
Friendly front desk at check in. Charging extra for early check in even if a room is ready is an irritating policy. They offer 2 free drinks and a snack in the Bistro for happy hour. That is nice at the end of long day of travel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is convenient to the freeway and stores.
