Additional space for sleeping in common area. Plenty of parking. Own private beach and campfire area. Dock space to park boat up to 25 ft long. 3 Kayak, rafts, gas grills and fully stocked kitchen. 10 min drive or 20 min boat ride to Penn Yan with many great restaurants and shops.
