The sunshine and beauty of Orange Beach awaits you at this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo located on the ground floor of the beautiful Bella Luna complex – located only a short walk away from the iconic “Flora-Bama”!

From the parking deck, you'll walk straight into the first floor and down the hall to arrive at the door of this 1800 sq. ft. condo that will be the perfect home away from home for your next beach trip – no need to wait on elevators! When you enter the living area, you'll be met with an upscale kitchen, wet bar, and a roomy open floor plan!

The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances and enough cabinet space to store any snacks and all the ingredients you'll need for delicious meals to share with the group. A regular drip-style coffee maker and Keurig are provided. The dining area seats 8 at the table, 2 more at the modern glass bar, and has a convenient wet bar for mixing up refreshing drinks. The living room features a large sectional and armchair so the entire group can lounge around in the afternoons! Walk outside to the large patio to enjoy the evening's views as you discuss the unforgettable memories created each day.

When your eyes grow tired, take your pick between one of the three bedrooms, each with direct access to a bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, large floor to ceiling windows with glass doors that lead to the patio, and a private bathroom with an over-sized shower, jetted tub, and two vanities. The first guest bedroom features two full sized beds and another private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, while the other guest bedroom features a king bed and shared access to a 3rd bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The Bella Luna complex features several resort style amenities including outdoor pools and hot tubs, a barbecue area with grills, and a private boardwalk across the road to access the beach. Inside, you'll find a saltwater pool, more hot tubs, a fitness room, sauna, and a steam room! On top of the complex amenities, you are walking distance from the Flora-Bama! With a grill restaurant, lounge, bar, marina, water sports, and a liquor store – you'll have plenty to do without ever having to drive!

Whether you're looking to relax or seek adventure on your vacation, location is everything and this location allows you to create any kind of experience you would like! Along Perdido Beach Boulevard, numerous dining destinations are available, as well as souvenir shops, clothing boutiques, and family-friendly entertainment. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.

You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING & NO PETS on any of our properties.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Parking passes are sold on property at the front desk and must be purchased upon arrival. The cost is approximately $50 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

* CHECK-IN: After 4PM on the day your reservation begins. Early check-in is NOT possible.

* CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged for an additional day.

* MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call for special monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid minus the management fee. Guests who cancel less than 30 days prior to check-in will not receive a refund. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance, which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

*TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly encourage you to purchase the optional travel insurance. Guests opting not to purchase travel insurance should be aware that no refund of your reservation deposit(s) will be available. Therefore, your entire booking payment is at risk. Amazing property

Bella Luna was a fantastic place for our family of 6 to stay & relax. They had everything we could possibly need or want. The condo was gorgeous and so was the view. The kids loved the indoor pool as it was cool while we were there. The adults enjoyed the pool & the hot tub. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Awesome location!

Amazing location especially if you want to walk to Flora-Bama. Easy beach access, nice views of the inner water ways and good pools. Property was really clean, comfortable furniture and beds. Lots of helpful conveniences including ice maker and drink fridge. Master suite is super spacious. AC and internet worked great. Enjoyed the large covered deck - there’s space for outside dining and a couch. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and will come again. The only issue we had was that we were under the impression there would be a dock available for our boat and there are only 2 spots and they were taken. This should be made clear in your description.

Incredible stay at Bella Luna! Will definitely return!

This property was absolutely incredible. It exceeded our expectations! Check in info was sent in a timely manner with great explanations. The location of the condo is perfect. It’s on the first floor right near the entrance so parking and going back and forth to the condo is easy! We were worried it’d be too loud in that location but the soundproofing of the building is excellent. The bedrooms were spacious and very clean. There was plenty of kitchen space to cook dinner or sit down as a group of 7 to eat. There weren’t a lot of bowls (I think there were only 2 or 3), so consider buying some paper bowls to bring with you if you plan to use them regularly. There was a traditional coffee pot and a keurig which was nice to have options. The condo also had a nice wine fridge and ice maker built into the bar counter. The primary bedroom was very large with enough space for a pack and play for our baby and still tons of room to walk around and not feel confined. But the best part of the condo? The porch! We loved having coffee out here every morning. It’s spacious and comfortable and has a beautiful view of the pool and the water way on the sound. We were worried it’d be loud in the condo because of the proximity to the pool but the glass is sound proofed incredibly well. We couldn’t hear anything outside so we weren’t bothered by other people at the pool at night. We LOVED this condo and location. We will definitely be back in the future. Thanks for having us!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bella Luna! The property was top notch and the location is perfect! The property is very clean and up to date. The only negative was the parking situation at times, it was really hectic due to the July 4th holiday, other than the parking, it was a 10 out of 10!

We were unable to get into our place until almost 6. They werent able to deliver our order of food till next day. Not allowing us to have food till next day at 3. I text saying it was unexeptable. That she extended prior guest an extra day . Which inconvenienced us. We were told by both maitenance & cleaning. Thats why it easnt avaible on time. When i text to complain. I was told we can check out following day. And also the pans were in cupboard dirty. Place was gorgeous though. It wasnt our fault they trashed the place & things had to be fixed!! Thought the response was totally unprofessional. Staff were very freindly.. And the location is good. After all we enjoyed our time there. Just wanted you to know. If we would of stayed extra we would of been charged. But nothing for tge inconveience. Except an attitude.

Orange Beach friends trip

We enjoyed our stay. Left to go to boat landing and realized one of the people in our group left her Stanley cup in kitchen. They went back to get it and it was all prior to 10 am and the room had been cleaned and cup gone.

Beach week!

This was my second time staying at the Belleluna and the property was just as beautiful as I remember. The location is perfect if you want to be a little out of the congestion of town and is just a short walk to the beach. I liked being on the first floor this time as not to have to fuss with the elevators and could walk right out to the car. Made loading and unloading a breeze. The condo itself was nice but the balcony was not clean. The sand had not been swept up from the previous people, which is no big deal but there was melted chocolate on the floor that we kept finding by stepping in it and dragging it in the condo on our feet. We spent some time cleaning up the chocolate and the sand off the outside furniture so we could use it. The kitchen has all the conveniences of home and the extra icemaker was great! The best thing about this condo is the proximity to the pools, workout area and parking.
