The bed & pillows were soft, everything was clean, service & breakfast were good. The only thing we did not like was that our room smelled like cat urine the entire time we were there.

The power outtage was out of their hands and the local bbq "pitmasters" ensured i last my appetite. Both things the property had 0 control over so I'll just be frustrated with the immediate area. The hotel staff was as friendly as could be. It's suggested a hotel especially in Florida have generator... the exposures could have taken a very bad turn had anyone of that caliber decided to take advantage of the temp tenants in a few hour lights out situation. Power came on near midnight jolting me from rest and it was a while before upper and lower rooms turned down the new found energy. It was a rough next day. Again...i realize it's all circumstantial so I'll try not to be too judgemental

I've stayed here before. Front desk staff is always very friendly and nice. My housekeeper on this particular stay was so sweet. Bed is mostly comfortable. My biggest issue is the noise from other rooms. People just don't have consideration and respect for others.

Bugs in the room and hallway rugs are really bad. I watched someone spill food on the floor right outside the elevator to the left on 3rd floor on my night 2 and on day 11 for my checkout, it still isn’t cleaned up.

Staff was courteous and friendly however the property is old and needs major updating. There was a nauseating smell in the room. Should never have to purchase plug ins and disinfectant spray in order to deal with the stench. Will never purchase any rooms from Choice Hotels anymore (except for Cambria until that becomes outdated)!

We stayed on the 4th floor and rode the elevator up. Upon exiting the elevator, we smelled something funny. I think the whole hallway carpet was wet. Carpet looked old and ruggish. Not good!! Overall rooms were nice and neat and cold (just the way I like it). Slept very well!! Breakfast was ok! If you have been to one continental breakfast, then you have been to them all!!

The mattress was sunken in. Pillows were flat and hard. In room Jacuzzi was thr teason we stayed here and it was nice. Bathroom a bit musty and moldy smelling. But did have an in room dehumidifier. Overall clean room and property. Decent hotel free breakfast.
