Enjoy a full day in the sun, 15 miles of white sand, busy beach life, restaurants, souvenir shops. In a quick 15 minute drive you are walking in the sand with the waves lapping at your toes. Very quick access to the beaches.
Romantic sunsets are easy to find either on the beaches, Pensacola pier, or downtown Pensacola on the waterfront.
When you have had your fill of sun and sand, escape the busy hubbub of the beaches and retreat to your secluded, private oasis, step into the roomy walk in shower and dry off with an extra large fluffy towel.
From Pensacola Beach to Navarre there are 15 miles of absolutely stunning white sandy beaches, sand dunes, and so many gorgeous choices to enjoy the beaches.
Perdido Key beach is another hidden gem, a little less populated and is less than 30 minute easy drive.

Please note we are not IN the epicenter downtown, but amazingly close. This location is literally blocks from downtown and very easy access. We now have a new restaurant literally steps away from the house.
If you want to be close to downtown, but also be able to retreat to your own private oasis out of the hub-bub of busy streets, then you will love this hidden gem.
You are less than 3 minute drive to downtown, or a 10 minute walk. You can easily stroll and enjoy the many restaurants and boutiques, or walk on the waterfront walkways. Three blocks to the Bay Center!
Palafox Farmers market is open every Saturday morning, with an always interesting and entertaining selections of foods, artists, and other skilled crafts.

The neighborhood is an interesting place to walk, see the architecture of a historical area, and a very eclectic mix of old and new.
A quick and easy 10 minutes drive to the Bay Bluffs boardwalk areas for walks down to the bay where you can view breathtaking sunsets.
Naval Air Station is a quick 20 minute drive.
Blue Wahoo stadium is very easy to get to, just minutes literally. This is a great place to park and then stroll the picturesque waterfront downtown Pensacola. You may see people roller skating in the spacious parking lot, or see locals fishing off the pier. You will likely see pelican or egrets hoping to catch a fish someone else didn't want!
Major hospitals are all within a short drive.
We have a very convenient interstate access to I 110 a few blocks from the house, making it very easy to get on and off the interstate and travel in any direction.
Did I mention the downtown restaurants!! Sooo many good places to eat!

RETRO fridge!! It is a medium sized fridge so you have plenty of room for cold drinks, finger foods, and leftover take out! You also have a microwave and 2 kinds of coffee makers.
The host lives in the front part of the house, and you will may see her in the back yard from time to time.
You may also see her occasionally sitting on the front porch enjoying the view and a cup of morning coffee.
This is a shotgun style house, with the front porch and the back courtyard on opposite ends of the house.
The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the foyer outside the Guest suite. These are shared with the host from time to time.
You are able to enjoy a relaxed but quaint downtown, literally 3 minutes away where you will find many interesting restaurants , outdoor cafes, wine bars indoors or al fresco patios. You may discover some hidden gem food trucks as well.
You will enjoy the neighborhood which is a charming eclectic mix of old and new, and is in the much desired Old East Hill neighborhood.

Downtown area now also has very easy access to BIRD and EVO Electric scooters! Pick them up and drop them off anywhere downtown, can even drop then off in front of the house!
Uber and Lyft drivers are plentiful and easy to access.

Cleaning! We follow enhanced cleaning guidelines as per AirBNB's process, as well as CDC guidelines between every guest. Everything is cleaned and sanitized.
The room, all linens are thoroughly cleaned and changed completely, including the comforter between each guest. We do a very thorough cleaning and sanitizing.
