Staff was very professional. Rooms were clean and neat, but did have an odor. AC broke during the night. Staff quickly moved us to a new room for the remainder of our stay.

Expedia says pet friendly but it is NOT. Suburban parking lot and they charge for parking. No breakfast. Creaking floors and found someones underwear on the floor of my closet. Nope.

The room was very nice had a lot of space and a nice balcony. It was a great stay staff was friendly. The only thing that i kind of didn’t like was the sofa bed there was no sheet for it and it seemed old because the mattress looked yellow-ish and when i tried to open it, it made loud noises. Also, every time i went inside the room it had some sort of smell which i dont know how to describe but it was kind of bad besides that it was a great hotel.

Stayed here before a procedure at the local hospital. Very clean overall, the beds were very comfy. Our son enjoyed the pool. Be careful though if you go into the courtyard area as our key did not work to get back inside, had to call the front desk for help. Other than that, great experience overall.

Loud. Was waked up by barking dogs. Not nearly enough parking at the hotel. Can’t believe i was charged $10 for that and had to keep driving around until I found literally 1 open space. Unacceptable. Would not stay there again
