Every staff member I encountered was excellent. My original reservation was staying until the 16th. They told me there was no issue with me chekcing out on the 15th. I have not rec'd the credit back yet but I assume it will take a few days.

Had after graduation celebration in lobby. Whole family able to be together. When we tried to print boarding passes someone had left a jam in th printer. Front desk clerk and maintenance man able unjam and we were able to get passes!

My stay was okay. I was able to check-in early before starting my work meetings. My biggest disappointment was that I came back to the hotel after a long day and my room was not cleaned or refreshed.

Perfect location to dining and shopping and just a short trip to the beach. Its nice that parking is free. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. There’s a little cafe and bar in the hotel which is very convenient when you feel like staying in. This is my go to hotel when I visit Pensacola.

Stayed at this property for the seafood festival and it was perfect for a 1 night stay. There is plenty of free parking, and luggage carts. I was able to check in early and get settled in. I was informed at Checkin about the breakfast option for a charge and afternoon cocktails as well. The facilities were clean. The pool area was immaculate and the lounge chairs were wonderful. The rooms was clean and spacious but the bathroom could be a bit cleaner. The shower was hot, which I enjoyed. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would return.

Comfortable but overpriced. Buggy Internet.
Great location, being close to the ocean, although the hotel offers no real views of the water. The hotel, however, is way over priced for what it offers, and I would not stay here again. There were no trash cans or recycling containers in the room, other than a small can in the bathroom. The Internet was poor and constantly disconnected, requiring me to log back in. The entertainment options were average. While I was initially excited for the "free" MAX offerred, every time I tried to access it, I received the message "unable to connect to the Internet". The rooms were comofrtable enough, but I would not stay here again.
