Walk out to "toes in the sand" on the sugar white sand of Pensacola Beach. Whether you're just taking in the panoramic views of this Gulf Front condo, enjoying the sunrise, gazing at the night beach lights while listening to the live music at Peg Leg Pete's, or just want the best seats for the Blue Angels' show, or 4th of July fireworks, the balcony does not disappoint in this penthouse suite...and being able to walk across the street to Peg Leg Pete's or our local convenience store doesn't hurt either.

We have a deeded covered parking space in the garage which is awesome to protect against the Florida heat and rain. Because our condo is on the top floor and where it is located in the building, we don't have neighbors on any side or above us. This unit is quiet.

Sleeps up to 8 - the condo has a king bed in one bedroom, and a queen bed and twin daybed with trundle in the other bedroom, and brand-new gel mattress queen sleeper couch - offering a wide variety of sleeping arrangements for up to eight people.

Full kitchen with new KitchenAid appliances with dining area that seats eight makes mealtime easy. Open living spaces with amazing views and large lanai with all new living room and patio furniture makes it an enjoyable place for relaxing with friends & family.

Two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, the other with a tub and shower combination.

The complex has elevator access on every floor and the condo is all on one level. Our condo is set up to be easy and welcoming and to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay and return home relaxed and with a lifetime of great memories.

Pool and Hot tub over-look the Gulf of Mexico. Lower-level bathroom makes it convenient for the days you are enjoying beach or pool area. Sunrises on the balcony - Sunsets in the sand.

NAS is now opened back up to the public or short drive into Ft Pickens National Park to watch Air Show practices Tuesdays/Wednesdays. Trolly stop in front of our building (only runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day) for easy access to Boardwalk area for food and entertainment or short drive/uber ride downtown Pensacola for more restaurant & entertainment choices, etc.

**We have recently upgraded the wi-fi to a higher speed, installed a wi-fi extender, and also had internet company fix a connectivity issue.

Home away from home

We absolutely loved this condo! Not only did it have breathtaking views of water on both sides of the balcony but it had everything I needed! The beds were comfortable, the living room was nice, and the kitchen had everything except kitchen scissors. The bathrooms had shampoo & conditioner dispensers in them. They even had beach towels & beach chairs. I will definitely book here again!

The best stay!

This unit was extremely clean and perfectly situated on a quiet end of the beach. My family enjoyed it so much! There is a store across the street. The hosts were very easy to work with and you can’t beat the views! We will definitely be staying again!

Spectacular View

This top floor condo with view of the Gulf and the Sound was perfect for our family girls trip. Clean and Comfortable, owners are very responsive. They had just about everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub is huge and kept at a toasty 104 degrees. Met a couple owners and residents in the building that were very nice. Overall we had a great vacation and can not wait to return to Pensacola Beach.

Location is great...

We were hoping that this will be our every month to stay place, we have to come to Pensacola every month, but... though the condo is cozy and in a great location, it is old and worn out. it had a strong chemical/cleaning solution smell. We had to keep the balcony door open the entire time as well as fan going to pull the smell out. My husband had to take headache meds. Also the place was NOT dirty but it definitely was not $150 clean..it did not have deep cleaning in a very long time. Towels were not fresh and smell like they've been in a stifle garage box for a while.

Great place!

This is a wonderful place to stay. 2 nice bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. It had beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen was very nice. The best part is the location and the Balcony! The balcony is shady yet has a view of the ocean, bay side water and down the beach. You can see the sun rise. The only minor things that it could have used is more toilet paper ,wash cloths and a better frying pan. I will defiantly stay here again! It truly is a fantastic place to stay.

An amazing ladies weekend! The view was amazing, plenty of room, neat and clean. Pool & hot tub was a bonus. Only thing i wish there was at least a little bit of shade by pool or some umbrellas.

Beautiful condo!

The view was spectacular, watch the sunrise, see dolphins. The beach in front of the condo was beautiful and not at all crowded. We not only enjoyed the condo and the beach but the pool and hot tub were also perfect.

It was our first time staying in Pensacola and we absolutely loved it! We plan to go back next summer. The only downfall was the condo not having a personal washing machine and dryer, but there was one downstairs if needed.

Lovely property!

We spent 5 nights here just before the 4th of July, and we couldnt have been more pleased! The condo had everything we could have needed. The owners were a pleasure to work with, our questions were answered right away and always in great detail. While the building itself is older, the condo itself is in pristine condition. Parking was easy, and the beach access is so close that we won't stay anywhere else in the future!
