The air conditioner is loud, the room is super small, the toilet seat is loose and I have called for someone to come and fix it and no one has shown up yet. The cover for the tank of the toilet does not fit across the top, paint is peeling off trim in bathroom,the pillows on the bed are flat all six of them, however, they did bring us some more pillows. The cabinet door on the refrigerator is broken you have to lift it in order to close it. I thought that Hilton carried a name of Quality but this is not a decent place to stay.I will never stay here again, And if I have a choice I will absolutely nor stay at a Hilton, there is no ventilation in the bathroom and when you take a shower, everything in there is drench, wet and dripping

The room and hotel were very clean. We loved being on the beach and our balcony view was gorgeous. There was a wedding the weekend we went and it was beautiful.

I loved how clean the property was! Staff went above making sure everything was clean and kept Cons.. my comforter had a huge blood stain on it when we went to pull the covers down!! And toilet ran the whole time after having it fixed!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our entire stay we had issues with our toilet but the staff fixed it each time. We also had some harassing guests but after reporting them to the front desk, we were not bothered anymore. overall, we enjoyed the stay!

The room had a slight musty odor. The thermostat did not function properly and the room would get significantly colder than what the thermostat was set at. Otherwise, the hotel, pool, and beach access were great. Short walk to the pier and shops. We would definitely stay there again.

There was a male employee following me and my under age daughter around the entire trip and was even standing at our door when we were going to the pool. I went to ask for another room and to get security to help and was told he was a cleaning staff and was just doing maintenance on my floor. I was from out of town and was put in a very uncomfortable position.
