We have a large family, and our family always seems to gravitate our vacation around the beach scene. The white sand and blue water bring joy to us, and for that reason, we came to a solution to invest in a nearby beach house in Pensacola with our sister. It's a beautiful villa and it's a walking distance of the beach (.5miles) or a short 10 minutes walk. There are unlimited 2 minutes shuttle bus rides to & from the beach club. The beautiful community pool/gym/ tennis court is only 5 minutes walk. It has 4 bedrooms each with it private full bathrooms is available. We have many bicycles, a pull wagon for toddlers, & lots of beach toys available for all ages.

Wonderful relaxing location
This home is perfectly lovely and relaxing! Each room seems designed for comfort! We enjoyed the amenities of the neighborhood, including the private beach, fitness facility, and pool/hot tub. It's about 45 minutes from Pensacola but much closer to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. There are tons of restaurants and activities nearby - we highly recommend GT's by the Bay. We would come back and stay again any time. It was excellent!

Relaxing Family Vacation
This was our first extended family vacation. This location was amazing! It seemed more relaxed and less touristy than Orange Beach or Gulf Shores but just a quick drive away from those locations. The townhouse was great for our group of 6 adults and 4 children. Having multiple bathrooms made it so nice for each family to have their own space. The kitchen and common spaces are amazing. The sand toys, bikes, and everything you need in a kitchen were great additions. The stay was so smooth we didn't have to contact the host at all. A great experience for all!

The property was nice and close to the beach. Enjoyed having the bicycles, beach chairs, and sand toys! Great idea and perfect for going to the beach. The cleanliness was not so great! Managers were very attentive to our issues! The description stated 4 bedrooms in one place but listed 5 bedrooms but was only a 4 bedroom. So it was hard to accommodate a family of 11 without sleeping in the living room on pullout. Also there wasn’t adequate seating for eating. There were 5 seats at the table and 4 at the island.

So amazing!!!
We enjoyed our stay so much here! Everything at the condo was so nice and clean! So good for our girls trip!! The shuttle picking us up at our door to take us to the beach was super nice too! Loved that we got free beach chairs as well! The hosts were amazing and very well with communication! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Nice but far from the beach!
We enjoyed this neighborhood, but it's shocking to me that they don't require all hosts to own golf carts + give parking for said golf carts. The journey to the beach every day with 4 small kids was not great. The pools were also a bit of a walk. The house was clean except the primary bedroom had tons of ants. We followed the rules and didn't bring any food or drinks (besides water) upstairs, and the ants were still everywhere.

Great big house close to beach!
Family vacation for 5 days, the house had everything we needed. Loved the decor throughout and the proximity to the beach. We took the shuttle to the beach club and found it very convenient. Our host Kate was super prompt in her responses to any questions we had. Fun trip!

The place was exactly was described…awesome place. SO MANY supplies, hardly had to bring anything. Large / spacious rooms and quality furniture and appliances. The resort is very nice…from beach club with free chairs to secondary pool…very nice. Quite area too. Great for family stays!

Spacious, clean and has all the amenities of home. The kitchen has all the necessities for cooking. Extras - bikes, swim stuff, beach stuff, wagon, net for ocean, grill and much more. My family gave me many kudos for this place. 1) So beautiful & clean, 2) has the grill, beach necessities & bikes, what a blessing not to pack, 3) pool was great and not overcrowded 4) communication was great when needed, 5) Check out so simple, and 6) Had to reach out after bc we left some stuff & they shipped it to us! So. Very. Thankful. 7) Great Location to the private beach/pool/Johnson Beach which is the reason for booking it in that area in the first place. This place did not disappoint. The young and old loved the place.

Reeves Family getaway
WE have lodged in the same location for 30 years in Daytona Beach Shores. Hurricane destroyed that location and so we decided to try the Gulf. My son found the property on Perdido Key. The property was so nice, well furnished, easy access to beach, pools, and local stores and restaurants. Matter of fact, it was so well furnished that we ate all meals there instead of going out like we normally do. Kate always stayed in-touch, responded to texts quickly, and was most gracious. Our plan is to stay here again next year and maybe even twice per year. Wonderful family experience

Loved everything about the place. Spacious and beautiful. Only downside is the distance to the beach. The shuttle was down and we had to walk 15 minutes to the beach. Also make sure to bring your card to get to the beach.

This rental was the best we've had. Plenty of room with large bedrooms and it was nice having so many bathrooms with our group of 7. Location was perfect with close proximity to pools, beach, and the state park. We really thought this was our best rental yet and hope to book it again next year.

My family really enjoyed our stay in Perdido Key. The house was simply wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed. There were towels and beach towels for our party of 10. I am also glad there were beach chairs and beach toys. Kate answered all my questions very quickly. We would love to go back again!
