Our only complain was that the specific room we reserved was not available at checkin. We required a 2 Queen ADA accessible room and were given a king w sleeper sofa. The bed is not accessible as it was too high for my mother to get into. The hotel and staff were great though.

Best affordable hotel in Pensacola
Best suite style room for the price we have found in Pensacola. Hotel was newer, clean and inviting. Service was impeccable and they had everything i requested. This will be our go to affordable place to stay in Pensacola from now on. Much nicer than some of the other suite style hotels we've stayed at.

The room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping did not service our room which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was terrible. The only thing I could eat was oatmeal. I gave celiac disease and no gluten free options. I asked for raisins or raisins for the oatmeal and they did not have any. Front desk was AMAZING very courteous and friendly. I was treated like a star.

Great stay. Property was clean and we felt safe. Room was clean. BUT AND A BIG BUT....the mattresses were AWFUL! Both queen mattresses were soft and totally worn out. The mattress me and my wife slept on was so flacid that it had a bend on the edge. When I pivoted to get outta the bed, the side just fell and I barely caught myself. After two nights of sleeping on this thing the return home was awful. My body ached and I had a muscle tension headache the whole day Sunday. Both my daughters complained that their mattress was not comfrtable at all.
