Somehow my reservation was canceled before we arrived and we had to start over. Front desk staff did not have very good communication skills. Floors were very dirty light bulbs out, no TV. DOWN HILL FROM THERE. Morning staff person and cleaning staff were friendly.

Best hotel for traveling with pets.
The stay and staff were very good. Location and surrounding amenities were also very good. The room was excellent, clean with no pet smells. Having a full size fridge with freezer blew my wife and me away. Only negatives were temperature was still set on radiator unit, with no temp display. Similar bathroom did not have a vent fan causing mirror to steam up. Otherwise my room would have been 5/5.

I'm not the person who complains a lot BUT there is a $75 deposit that's not mentioned anywhere so if you use an app be prepared to pay this deposit. We boiled in the room. The air conditioner didn't work well at all and we had someone look at it and we were told that they all work the same. I have a temperature app and it's pretty accurate and at 10pm it was 76 degrees in the room. The internet was horrible and the TV depends on internet so NO TV. On the bright side the staff are super nice and the area is convenient for food and the beach. Hope this helps and GB everyone and be safe on your journey.
