Check-in was a breeze since we did it online, and the person at the front desk was really nice and professional. However, when we got to our room, we noticed we barely had any toilet paper, and with three adults, that was a problem. I had to call the front desk to get at least one roll. On the third day, there was no cleaning service—just fresh towels and the trash taken out, but the beds weren't made and the room wasn't cleaned. At breakfast, the potatoes were still frozen inside even though they’d been microwaved. That was our first and last breakfast at the hotel. I tried to bring it up at the front desk since the woman in the kitchen didn’t speak English, but the front desk staff just ignored me instead of addressing the issue.

The hot tub is always down here time after time and my last 3 times I have stayed here it has been down with just a note up each time. Same note too I think for months? WHY can they not just hire a maintenance person for like an hr at like 120 bucks to just fix already!...? PUZZLING! Very puzzling. I mostly like hot tubs and care little on breakfasts. Which by the way there were no eggs, just hard boiled and weird when there was sausage and potatoes and I do not eat those anyways. Just wasted fat! I just like my scrambled eggs and yogurt and say a banana and they had just 1 of the 3 of these. So it was just yogurt and toast for me! 3 stars though as the check in guy was the best they ever had! He got 5 stars! And the room was clean. Many loud guests stay here though is the thing and I like to be quiet and respectful myself. I am a rarity!

Nice to have an option for a quick breakfast. Renovations are required to some of the rooms. Outdoor courtyard area around pool is nice. Good location close to the beach.

Over night ..was great but sound does travel down thus replacing the carpets with Lino flooring makes the rooms less noise proof… it sounded like elephants upstairs…I thought I was next to a night club

Pros- near the beach and the channel Cons- took several full minutes to get any hot water from the tap or shower. No elevator (two flights of stairs). The property is fenced in and has no opening on the beach side so you have to walk all the way around and there is no sidewalk.

The Hotel was nice. We showed up early, with no intentions to access rooms. We thought it would be nice to complete the paperwork, head for a drink. Then return at check-in time. The staff an elderly lady, was very annoyed and unfriendly. We were pleasant and left as she made a big deal. I never seen that old gal smile at anyone the whole time we were there. She is just an unpleasant person. The place was ok overall

This was a great clean property. Beautiful gated pool with patio chairs and grass area. Nice breakfast selection. Lots of walkable dining options. Bonus free EV charger! We will be back.

Warning: Do Not Book if You’re a Non-Smoker I had a disappointing experience at this property. Despite being advertised as non-smoking, the rooms were filled with smoke smell, possibly from past smoking allowances. I booked a three-night stay but had to cancel the remaining two nights. The property itself is quite outdated. The air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night. Although the manager tried to fix it, it only worked temporarily and failed again after an hour. Furthermore, since I booked through Expedia, there was a dispute between Expedia and the hotel regarding compensation. Unfortunately, I received no compensation and was charged full money, and Friday night was expensive. I would advise against staying here, especially if you are sensitive to smoke or require reliable amenities.

Well, the rooms were big and beautiful bed was comfortable. Nice that you had a fridge and a microwave and bathroom was OK but the one thing that I missed was no good Wi-Fi. You need to upgrade your Wi-Fi and you’re still using the old system on television, you need to be Wi-Fi on TV too.
