For the price, this was an excellent stay. The room was nice - although the beds were billed as Queen-size when, in fact, they were only Full-sized. This was an issue only because we are a couple and two adults sleeping on a full-size mattress isn’t easy.

Best place in town.
It was comfortable. I have stayed before and I like the last manager. He was very person able. Now not so much. Breakfast was ok. Normal for a free breakfast. We only slept there so it was a good place for that. It was quiet in the room. No street noise or noisy neighbors.

The bed was very comfortable. But the bathroom tub was stand and dirty. The t-paper holder was rusty. There was no coffee pot in the room. The complementary breakfast was Two kinds of donuts, one type of bagels, The cereal is stale. The coffee was disgusting.

The first room we were put in hadn't been cleaned at all. The bed was made but it had clearly been slept in. It was absolutely disgusting. Called the front desk and they was put in another room. The bed was clean but the rest of the place had trash in the drawers and clothes left in them.

Heritage is the best place to stay in Canton without a doubt. Great price, great hospitality, myself and my family have been staying at the Heritage every year for over a decade when we visit family. No better place in Canton to stay!

Very happy !
Greeted with a happy smiling face. Very clean room, one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. Bed was very comfortable. Didn't realize there was no coffee pot available in room so the continental breakfast was used and was very nice and a very clean area. Will stay there again when visiting family in Canton.
