Housekeeping only as requested for 3 day stay. I could possibly understand not changing out linens, but emptying trash, vacuuming, general cleaning should have been done everyday without asking. Safe in room did not work and I was not told at checkin that the facility was changing out vendor and none of the in-room safes worked.

It was nice, just a huge family reunion going on with multiple kids in the pool, there was a couple cracks and missing pieces from the wall that we stayed in, which could have hurt someone, the hot tub did not work and the outside had a lot of noise and partying.

The elevator needs to be looked at - it sqeauled and shook every time we used it. Walls were thin and the AC unit was super loud every time it kicked on.

Upon arriving, the staff was very friendly and helpful. When I got to my room, it was not clean. There was hair in the bathtub and on the sink, the bed was made with dirty sheets and there was an odor to the room. I went down to the front desk and the two ladies there were so apologetic and helpful. They didn’t have any extra rooms to switch me to, however, they provided me what I needed to clean my room and gave me clean bedding. When the manager got in, he came and asked what happened. I told him the state of my room was in upon arrival and he gave me $30 off of my room for the troubles.
