Located at Tiny Estates Keaton Beach, just minutes to Keaton Beach, downtown Perry and all that Florida has to offer! Plenty of parking if you want to bring your boat or ATV. A 2 minute drive to the public beach and ocean access. Walking distance to the local bar and restaurant and secluded for just 4 tiny homes on the whole site!

Cute and roomy tiny house
This property was in the perfect location and the size was great for 2 people while we were in the area visiting family. The things that need to be considered if staying here is that there are only a few towels and washcloths, so we had to go purchase more since we were staying 5 days which wasn’t a huge problem. There was a Walmart in Perry. Also, the WiFi is too weak to watch tv or connect to with phone or iPad. I was sad that I couldn’t watch the Olympics. Other than those few things, the house is new and decorated very cute and cozy

Nice clean place
Nice brand new mini home. Cold ac and nicely decorated. Room for the boat on the trailer. Had the essentials like cookware and coffee maker. Propane double burner cook top.
