Located at Tiny Estates Keaton Beach, just minutes to Keaton Beach, downtown Perry and all that Florida has to offer! Plenty of parking if you want to bring your boat or ATV. A 2 minute drive to the public beach and ocean access. Walking distance to the local bar and restaurant and secluded for just 4 tiny homes on the whole site!

Perfect base camp.
We really just needed a place to sleep and shower for 4 adults as we met up with friends for a few days of scalloping. Property line and is brand new and met our needs just fine. Would certainly entertain same accommodations in the future.
