Property was nice but the bathroom needed some better cleaning and maintenance. Nowhere nearby that was open for dinner on a Sunday, even though the information listed at Quest stated next door was open. This made it difficult for us as we only found out when we got back on Sunday night. Very unhappy.

The staff were all knowledgable and very helpful. Our room was comfortable and quiet. We stayed 7 nights so it was useful having an on site laundry. Unfortunately there was only one washing machine and one dryer for all the guests in the hotel.

Location a little out of main city but still walkabout and good service by buses. Great sized room with good facilities. Free laundry on site which was a fantastic touch. Rooms not as clean as hoped but staff all helpful.

Everything was good about this property besides the communication. I emailed them shortly after I checked out, explaining I accidentally left a bottle of wine in the fridge. I was hoping I could recollect it at a later date. I emailed the hotel and they never got back to me.
