A bit hard to get air into the room so was pretty stuffy. Aircon didn’t seem to work that well. The pool, spa and restaurant are fabulous. Bed is super comfy. Girl at reception very ordinary in her attitude.

Love the two bedroom apartment that we had on the 18th floor, views were amazing. The gym was well equipped but people didn’t wipe the equipment down after they used it Ewwww! When housekeeping came they forgot to vacuum under the table and they left the main door wide open leaving our room unsecured whilst we were out. The staff were very friendly especially the staff in the coffee shop downstairs. The hotel was very central - great location.

Incredicle views from the 17th floor. Beautiful interior, very clean and functional. Great location. The complimentary bottle of champagne was delicious - some complimentary chocolates were also promised but were not in the room upon arrival. The television in the bedroom would also not turn on. Nothing 5 stars about this place. It is a 4 star!! and not sure how this rating is maintained and obviously no oversight by the powers that be. Grossly overpriced, rooms not being maintained properly or cleaned properly, windows filthy from the inside and remotes not working, dryer not working, no pay TV at this level. Just another Hotel that has lost it's way and happy to charge more for less like everyone else at the expense of their guests. Would definitely not stay here again
