Chose hotel as close to Perth train station. In city centre so close to shops and restaurants. Hotel staff are pleasant and helpful.

The property was clean but lacked travel needs such as somewhere for our bags or to hang clothes. Our shower leaked and wet the floor. Water was not complimentary and cost double to buy at desk. I query the perfume smell in foyer and passages if it was alergy friendly. Service was excellent.

An excellent hotel to stay in if you need to be in the city centre. Very clean and pleasant room. Checkin was a bit tricky, as the receptionist while being very polite and pleasant, was foreign and spoke extremely quietly while looking down. Consequently it was very hard to hear what she was saying. Otherwise, no problem at all.

Location is central and room is updated. However, requested quiet room but was given the nosiest room instead facing the traffic junction. Room sound insulation is poor. Water flow can be stronger and shower screen needs to seal properly against water spill. Bedroom lighting not bright enough(uses 3 spot lights). Theres no ramp leading to entrance. No clear information about the lahndry svc.

Handy to city centre
First room had a problem with a noisy bathroom fan but duty manager immediately arranged another room for us which was really appreciated Very handy to shops and sights Walking distance to everything Not big rooms but big enough for a couple Shower good Wifi was good. I’d certainly stay there again.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean! But it's not in a great area. It's near an outdoor mall where crackheads and panhandlers frequent. I wouldn't have felt safe walking around alone at night.
