Our apartment is located on the top floor, you will be required to climb around 30 stairs to access the apartment, there are no lift facilities available.

Our property operates with back-to-back bookings, so early check-ins and late check-outs may be limited.

To guarantee an early check-in, consider booking the night before. Alternatively, if available, an early check-in may be possible for an additional fee.

For late check-outs, booking an extra night might be necessary. If there are no immediate guests following your stay, we may be able to offer a late check-out for a fee.

Enjoy a sizzling barbecue on the communal outdoor grill, but please remember to clean it thoroughly after use. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee of $150.

Pool Hours: Open from 7am - 7pm please respect these times.

Noise Level: Keep noise to a minimum, especially during early mornings and late evenings.

Cleanliness: Please dispose of trash properly and leave the pool area as you found it.

Guests: Only registered guests are allowed in the pool area. Strictly no visitors.

Children: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Safety: No running, diving, or rough play in the pool.

Any breaches to the BBQ & Pool area rules will result in immediate eviction without refund.

We provide hotel-quality bed linen and towels from a commercial laundry service to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. To maintain this quality, please avoid contact with makeup, fake tan, body lotions, or other substances that may cause stains or damage. A replacement fee of $150 will apply for any linen that is marked or damaged. Thank you for helping us keep our space beautiful for all guests.

For stays over 14 days, a mid-stay clean is required and will be arranged at the guest's expense. This ensures the property is well-maintained for your comfort.

Our property features an allocated parking bay for your vehicle. This is accessible via the gate remote and access is down the side of the building, Henry Lawsons Walk, your bay is the first bay to the right near the fire hydrant. For your safety and convenience, on-street and driveway parking are not permitted.

You will have access to the entire property during your stay.

As part of living in Australias natural environment, we want to let you know that household pests such as ants, cockroaches, flies, lizards, snakes, spiders etc are common in Australia and are more common during the spring and summer seasons. While we take every preventative measure to minimise their presence โ€“ including regular cleaning between each guest, pest control treatments, and secure food storage โ€“ their occasional appearance is something we cannot fully control and they may surface during your stay. If this occurs please reach out and we'll happily assist to rectify this where we can.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest portal. Prior to check-in, you will be required to sign a rental agreement before being provided with your arrival instructions.

Great, Advertised Pics Deceptive!! Shows waterfront NO!!! Stuff up with entry wrong Pin sent for key lock, no phone no for Emegencies, apart from that it was geat good facitlies and plenty of Kitchen aids Laundry equipment overall very good!!,
