The main bedroom is separate and offers a queen sized bed, louvered windows, ceiling fan, air conditioning and plenty of storage. The en-suite bathroom includes a washing machine and a glass enclosed shower recess with handheld showering facilities and a separate W/C. High ceilings throughout and contemporary styling in neutral colours.

Guest access:

Grassed yard approximately 48sqm with the gazebo solely for guest use. Relax here and enjoy the summer breezes. Surrounded by tropical gardens all set securely behind locked double gates.
