Cottesloe is the premier beachside suburb of Perth and is recognised Australia wide for its charm and amenity. The area has wonderful cafes, restaurants, a golf course and entertainment areas. Cottesloe Beach is halfway between Perth and Fremantle, about 14 kilometres (8.7 miles), or less than a 30-minute drive, from Perth city centre. Public buses leave frequently from Perth's Elizabeth Quay Bus Station. Trains run from Perth Station to Cottesloe Station every 15 minutes and get you there in less than 20 minutes on the Fremantle Line.

Great location close to beach and cafes. Walking distance to train station (maybe 15 minutes). Comfortable beds / pillows and decent block out blinds. Good water pressure in shower. Did not use the parking as parking space had a small shed that took up room and despite having a small car didn’t feel comfortable parking it there. Wasn’t a problem as always got a park directly opposite. Not sure how easy it would be during summer! Would definitely stay again!

An immaculately kept property only meters from the beach
The property itself was in tip-top condition, extremely clean and well laid out. Only meters away from the beach, this was the ideal property for us beach-goers, with cafes at our fingertips. Will return here for future stays.
